Yitzchak has several skills that he combines to yield beautiful results, literally and intellectually. An important one is his knowledge in biology; another is his ability to simplify scientific ideas and present them is visually in a very schematic way, in kind of an abstract artistic style; yet another one is his ability to listen and absorb and his pleasant personality.

The brainstorming that my students and I held with Yitzchak via zoom yielded graphical results that are very beautiful on one hand and sophisticated, yet simple and “clean” on the other hand. He really captured the complexity of the systems that we study and presented them in ways that stunned us. He continued to make changes until we were completely satisfied.
